About the job
What will you do? • Work closely with our product and tech teams, and collaborate with the client's core teams across business and technology. • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of all program activities. • Take complete ownership of project delivery and quality. Drive implementation with predictable timelines and outcomes. • Develop a good understanding of our product and technology at a high level to enable better planning and decision making. • Lead product and technology conversations with the client, and involve internal teams when deeper technical inputs are required. • Own project status communication and improve transparency by keeping all stakeholders informed. • Assist the Product team with backlog grooming, requirement clarity, and prioritisation. • Identify risks early, highlight them to stakeholders, and work with the teams to mitigate them. • Participate in weekly and monthly Working Committee and Steering Committee meetings with senior bank stakeholders. Who should apply? • 2–4 years of experience in Program / Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles involving direct client interaction and cross functional delivery. • Hands-on experience in mobile/web implementation projects, system integrations, and stakeholder communication. • Strong interpersonal skills. Can lead difficult conversations, negotiate priorities, and manage client expectations calmly. • Structured, articulate, and proactive. You think ahead and execute with precision. • Extremely detail oriented but equally capable of zooming out to see the strategic picture. • Confident in presenting to senior management and steering committee members. • A team player who takes accountability, learns fast, and genuinely enjoys solving complex problems.
