Overview of the role The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving SLGS’s strategic and transformational agenda. This role combines strategic execution, cross-functional leadership, and program delivery excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, orchestrating, and delivering programs that create measurable business impact, client value, and organizational capability uplift. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Execution & Program Leadership. • Translate SLGS’s strategic priorities into actionable multi-workstream programs with defined business outcomes. • Serve as the portfolio lead for SLGS initiatives spanning technology, operations, and corporate functions. • Partner with functional heads and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and sponsorship. 2. Cross-Functional Orchestration • Act as the strategic liaison across business groups, technology, and enablement functions, ensuring integrated execution. • Manage governance, cadence, and decision forums for critical initiatives. • Drive risk, dependency, and change management across workstreams. 3. Innovation & Technology Enablement • Co-lead ideation and incubation of technology-enabled solutions, including GenAI and automation opportunities. • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Digital teams to accelerate experimentation and scale deployment. • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to SLGS’s innovation roadmap. 4. Performance Management & Reporting • Establish robust program management frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for executive visibility. • Deliver crisp, outcome-oriented reporting for SLGS Leadership and global stakeholders. • Track value realization and ensure sustained adoption post-deployment. Key Skills & Experience • 10–15 years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or transformation roles (preferably in BFSI, GCC, or consulting). • Proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. • Strong understanding of technology transformation, digital enablement, and AI/GenAI concepts. • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfort working in an agile, high-growth, and globally matrixed environment.
