Title - Program Manager – Electronics Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager with strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional and US-based teams. This role will drive programs from early product development through mass production, ensuring smooth execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end program execution from NPI to mass production. • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Create and present executive-ready reports, program reviews, and status updates. • Oversee program schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • Ensure factory readiness, including supplier coordination, material planning, and operational handovers. • Drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
