Hiring Program Manager Location : Chennai Region ( Oragadam and Thiruvallur) Experience : 5 –10 years in program or project management Industry : Automotive preferable Mail : Karthik.Pandian@tmseating.com Job Responsibilities •Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives •Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance •Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached •Work closely with customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives •Develop and maintain internal program timelines aligned with customer milestone deliverables; track progress with the cross-functional team (CFT) •Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and customers •Analyze and mitigate program risks; prepare and deliver reports to senior management and stakeholders •Manage internal and customer Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), •Coordinate engineering team & internal development Team for the drawing release, tooling and sample readiness •Program launch cost monitoring & tracking •Coordinate to get PPAP approval from customer •Coordinate for the internal build readiness for each milestone & deliverables. •Collaborate with testing and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of DV and PV Required technical skills •Ms Office, APQP, EBOM, MBOM, PLM & MS Projects, 2D & 3D
