Job Description for Program Manager Qualification: Btech + MBA/PGDM 3 - 8 years of experience in program management with excellent English communication skills. Should have 60% or equivalent in Engineering and MBA. Experience working with global stakeholders preferred. About The Job: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Program Manager to join a fast-paced, client-facing environment where you will work closely with international clients and senior stakeholders to drive program execution, partner performance tracking, and operational excellence. As a key point of contact (POC), you will be part of a role that blends program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven business support. Key Responsibilities: •Manage and own relationships with a set of partners across the globe, serving as the primary point of contact and providing regular operational support. •Establish a regular communication cadence with partners and drive engagement through meetings, updates, and communications. •Understand client requirements, collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for delivery, and share regular updates on program. •Coordinate daily operations and end-to-end execution of processes across initiatives of multiple stakeholders. •Create monthly forecasts and targets for the partners as a part of business reporting. •Create and maintain monthly reporting, business reviews, mid-year and year-end reporting, support budgeting and other recurring program reports on partner performance and other program activities as necessary in Excel and PowerPoint slides. •Contribute ideas during strategic discussions using data analysis and business insights. (E.g. Support in development of sales strategies aligned with business goals). •Drive and coordinate multiple ongoing programs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Key Skills and Competencies: •Excellent verbal and written communication, strong client management and coordination abilities. •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and structured documentation for leadership and stakeholders. •Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. •Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing program operations. •Interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making. •Basic to intermediate understanding of Power BI dashboards, including the ability to interpret metrics, contribute to dashboard design, and support creation or enhancement of reporting visualizations. •Curiosity and openness toward leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows, generate insights, and build smarter operational solutions. •Self-driven with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks in analytics, AI, and program management.
