[Continued Job Description] ... - Basic Qualifications - • 4+ years of experience managing scaled operations programs, with 1+ year in GenAI/model training including text, image, video or audio data labeling • Graduating in 2026. • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Strong technical knowledge of machine learning concepts and data annotation platforms. • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Preferred Qualifications - • Exceptional Communication: Mastery of written and verbal communication with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Builder Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make big bets, and work independently across internal and external organizations. • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems, data annotations tools, and ethical AI best practices.
