Job Title: Program Manager – Cards and Payments (Banking Domain) Location: Dubai About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in payments and gateway systems within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing payment projects, stakeholder coordination, and transformation activities specific to the banking industry. This role involves managing project operations, facilitating communication, and driving small-sized programs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all project activities within the bank scheduling and conducting meetings, preparing and distributing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and maintaining accurate project documentation. • Delivered transformation programs across Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, Limit Management Systems, and Compliance. • Oversaw regulatory initiatives aligned with KYC/AML, SWIFT, FATF guidelines, PCI-DSS, and internal risk frameworks. • Lead stakeholder management and ensure seamless communication across all project participants. • Oversee transformation activities and implement change management initiatives at a basic level. • Coordinate and arrange training sessions for team members and stakeholders as needed. • Perform advanced process analysis to optimize payment and gateway operations. • Manage small-sized programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. • Utilize Business Intelligence tools and analytics to support project tracking and decision-making. • Apply Business Process Management techniques to improve operational workflows. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • PMP or Prince 2 certification. • 15 to 18 years of experience in payments and gateway project management within the banking domain. • Strong expertise in stakeholder management. • Proficiency in process analysis (advanced level). • Intermediate skills in Business Intelligence tools and Business Process Management. • Experience in managing transformation activities and project communications effectively. Skills & Competencies: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proactive problem-solving approach. • Basic understanding of change management principles. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage priorities effectively. • In-depth understanding of banking payments systems and regulatory environment.
