Job Title : Program Manager – CEO Office Role Purpose The Program Manager – CEO Office will act as a strategic thought partner and execution anchor to the CEO, ensuring brand priorities are translated into structured programs and delivered with speed, rigor, and impact. The role will drive cross-functional alignment, monitor strategic initiatives, support decision-making through insights, and enable high-quality execution across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of strategy, program management, stakeholder influence, and operational discipline, with deep exposure to senior leadership and business decision forums. Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Management • Own and track CEO-led strategic initiatives across growth, profitability, customer experience, expansion, and transformation programs. • Translate leadership vision into clear workplans, milestones, KPIs, and governance structures. • Drive cross-functional execution, remove bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery of critical programs. CEO Enablement & Decision Support • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing structured insights, analysis, and recommendations for key decisions. • Prepare business reviews, board decks, strategy notes, and leadership presentations. • Anticipate risks and opportunities across the business and proactively flag issues with solution pathways. Brand Alignment & Governance • Drive OKRs / Annual Operating Plan / Business Review cadence across functions. • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and functional execution across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, VM and Projects. • Facilitate leadership forums, monthly reviews, town halls, and strategic workshops. Business Analytics & Insights • Partner with Finance, Business Development, and Retail teams to monitor business performance dashboards (Sales, Margin, Inventory, Expansion, Productivity). • Convert complex data into clear executive-level narratives and actionable insights. • Support scenario planning and strategic deep dives as needed. Stakeholder & Change Management • Partner across leadership teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and execution discipline. • Support organization-wide change initiatives including operating model shifts, org redesigns, and new capability builds. • Ensure consistent communication of CEO priorities and leadership decisions. Skills & Competencies • Hands-on experience with program management tools and digital work management platforms • Exposure to AI tools for analytics, productivity, decision support, or automation is strongly preferred • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving capability • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • High level of ownership, discretion, and confidentiality • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution • Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
