What You’ll Do • Lead and manage ServiceNow’s Expert Programs (primarily CMA). • Assess and onboard program candidates. • Facilitate learning sessions and guide cohorts toward program outcomes. • Track learner progress and provide behavior-based coaching. • Recruit and coordinate exam panelists for final board evaluations. • Review exam results for fairness and consistency. • Measure program effectiveness and drive improvement initiatives. • Ensure high engagement, inclusivity, and a world-class learner experience. What We’re Looking For • 12+ years managing large, complex enterprise programs/projects. • 5+ years experience across multiple ServiceNow applications. • 3+ years experience in ServiceNow implementations. • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities. • Excellent communication and leadership presence. • Passion for talent development, learning, and enabling senior professionals. Ideal Background • ServiceNow Architect / Principal Consultant. • Program Manager with strong ServiceNow delivery experience. • Coach or mentor in technical environments. • Someone who thrives guiding high-potential professionals.
