Role Overview: We are hiring a Program Manager – Growth Team to work closely with the founders on high-impact initiatives across discovery, inside sales, pricing, and execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning messy signals into scalable playbooks. You will own growth-critical programs end to end—diagnosing gaps, running experiments, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements in conversion and contribution margins. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Orchestration • Design and optimize inside-sales cadences, workflows, and operating metrics • Run rapid experiments across lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion levers • Partner with sales leadership to improve productivity and predictability Offering Design & Pricing • Collaborate with founders and business teams on itinerary structuring, value packaging, and pricing logic • Identify opportunities to improve contribution margins without compromising customer experience Conversion & Funnel Optimization • Own conversion improvement across the funnel—from inquiry to booking • Maintain a tight weekly loop: observe → analyze → act → measure • Use cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and customer signals to drive continuous improvement Cross-Functional Program Ownership • Act as the connective tissue between sales, product, ops, and tech • Translate insights into clear playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards • Ensure initiatives move fast and land with measurable business impact Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in a Founder’s Office, Sales Operations, Growth, or Process Design role • Strong startup DNA—comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and ownership • Systems thinker with the ability to zoom in on details and zoom out to see the whole funnel • Comfort with data and tools: funnels, cohorts, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic SQL (or willingness to learn quickly) Why Join 30 Sundays: • Direct exposure to founders with real decision-making autonomy • Clear line of sight between your work and revenue impact • Opportunity to help build a tech-enabled travel company at scale • Fast learning curve with meaningful career growth potential.
