Job Title: Program Manager -ServiceNow Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Experience: 8+Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager / Senior Implementation Expert to lead the global implementation and transformation of ITSM platforms, primarily ServiceNow, along with ManageEngine and other ITSM tools, across our worldwide operations. The role demands a strong blend of program management, hands-on technical expertise, and architectural leadership, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale ITSM solutions, particularly for Europe-based organizations. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of ServiceNow across the organization globally (SMS Group – worldwide). • Provide hands-on development and architectural leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready implementations. • Lead solution design, configuration, customization, and governance for ServiceNow modules including: • ITSM • CSM • CMDB • ITOM • Integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers) • Manage and oversee ManageEngine and other ITSM tool implementations, including migration, integration, and optimization. • Own program and project management activities, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery. • Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT operations, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver enterprise-grade ITSM solutions. • Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance models across ITSM platforms. • Drive global stakeholder engagement, with strong alignment to European regulatory, operational, and enterprise standards. • Lead vendor management, implementation partners, and managed service providers. • Ensure alignment of ITSM platforms with business processes, ITIL best practices, and digital transformation initiatives. • Act as a hands-on senior expert where required, contributing directly to configuration, development, and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of total experience, with significant experience in: • ServiceNow platform implementation • ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, and other ITSM solutions) • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture. • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow modules: • ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, Integrations • Demonstrated program and project management expertise, managing large-scale, global implementations. • Experience working with Europe-based organizations and global enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, service management processes, and enterprise IT operations. • Experience in system integrations, data migration, and platform scalability. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to operate both as a strategic program leader and hands-on technical expert.
