About the job

As a Program Manager, Training & Enablement at Reltio, your role involves supporting the execution of partner-focused training programs to ensure customers and partners are prepared for successful Reltio implementations. Your responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning initiatives, tracking partner readiness and completion, and collaborating cross-function ally to align training with delivery needs. This position is highly program- and project-oriented, customer-facing, and focused on delivering a high-quality partner enablement experience. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support customer and partner-focused, role-based training programs. • Track and manage partner training completion, certification progress, and readiness milestones. • Support customer training activities that align with partner-led implementation projects. • Execute defined onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs for partners. • Collaborate closely with customer and partner teams to align training requirements with delivery needs. • Provide a high-quality, service-oriented experience for partners and customers throughout their learning journey. • Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve training coordination, reporting, insights, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: • Bachelors degree preferred in Business, Education, Learning Design, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 2-4 years of experience in partner enablement, customer education, training coordination, or program operations. • Experience working with external audiences in a professional services or SaaS environment. • Comfort using learning platforms to support training programs and track completion. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. • Customer- and partner-focused mindset with strong service orientation. • Proficiency with standard business tools and project management tools.
