Role Overview The Program Strategy Manager – Finance Programs will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Imarticus’ finance learning portfolio — from identifying market opportunities and conceptualizing new courses to managing development, partnerships, and growth. We are seeking a strategic and intellectually sharp finance professional with strong domain knowledge, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of financial markets, accounting, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with creativity in building future-ready education products. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Roadmap • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for the finance courses vertical. • Build a roadmap aligned with global industry trends, including digital finance, AI in finance, and emerging roles across corporate and capital markets. • Identify potential partnerships (Big 4s, global institutes, fintechs) to enhance program quality and brand positioning. Market & Learner Insights • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in finance education. • Track evolving career paths across BFSI, consulting, and fintech sectors to ensure programs meet future workforce demands. • Translate research insights into actionable program concepts and learner-centric propositions. Program Design & Development • Collaborate with finance SMEs, academic partners, and internal content teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new programs. • Review curriculum frameworks to ensure academic rigor and industry relevance across domains — capital markets, valuation, risk management, FP&A, fintech, etc. • Ensure consistent learning outcomes and practical relevance across the portfolio. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful program launches and learner success. • Support marketing and GTM teams with insights, positioning narratives, and value messaging for target personas. • Build strong relationships with external mentors, industry speakers, and hiring partners. Program Performance & Growth • Monitor financial program performance through enrollment, engagement, and learner outcome metrics. • Use data analytics to refine content, pedagogy, and program positioning for improved market traction. • Scale high-performing programs and optimize underperforming ones with data-driven strategies. Summary: Lead and drive finance education product lifecycle – from market research to product launch to growth.
