Location: 100% Remote Department: Operations / Ad Tech Product: Ad Exchange connecting premium supply and demand across In-App, Connected TV, Display, Video and Native formats — built primarily on OpenRTB and Prebid integrations. Role Overview: You’ll oversee the technical and operational performance of our programmatic stack — managing SSP/DSP connections, resolving issues, and optimizing delivery and revenue. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and deep technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize SSPs, DSP, OpenRTB, Prebid, and Server-to-Server integrations. • Configure endpoints, macros, and bidstreams; monitor fill rate, latency, and discrepancies. • Detect and resolve Invalid Traffic (IVT) using HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, and MOAT. • Build dashboards in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends. • Collaborate with demand and supply partners for QA, format validation, and compliance (ads.txt, sellers.json, VAST/VMAP). • Document technical setups and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering. Data Analyst Responsibilities: • Build dashboards and automated reports in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. • Develop and present data-driven insights for improving yield, delivery, and eCPM performance. • Provide insights into demand behavior, performance trends, and inventory value. • Ensure data accuracy and support improvements to tracking and reporting. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Tech Support. • Expertise in SSP/DSP architecture, RTB, and bidstream analysis. • Experience with IVT/fraud tools (HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, MOAT). • Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Looker, Data Studio, Excel. • Fluent English; detail-oriented and proactive in fast-paced environments. Must-haves: • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets. • Knowledge of OpenRTB, Prebid.js, Prebid Server, or hybrid ad-tech architectures. • Experience with CTV, In-App, Display, Video, and Native formats. • Experience working directly with SSPs and DSPs for integration, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Experience using IVT and ad fraud detection tools such as HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS or MOAT. • Familiarity with PMPs, Open Exchange, and yield optimization strategies.
