We are hiring for the role: Programmatic Demand Account Manager — a hybrid India-based role responsible for driving demand partner performance, integrations, and revenue growth. Role & Responsibilities • Own relationships with DSPs, ad networks and direct buyers—act as primary commercial and technical contact to maximise spend and win rates. • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and integrations (S2S, SDK, OpenRTB), ensuring timely QA, passback handling and protocol compliance. • Execute campaign trafficking, setup targeting and bidding parameters, and conduct pre-launch and live QA to guarantee delivery quality. • Continuously optimise yield: price floors, deal structures, inventory segmentation, header bidding and bid shading strategies to uplift RPM/CPM. • Analyse partner performance using SQL and analytics tools; produce actionable insights, daily/weekly reports and optimisation playbooks for stakeholders. • Collaborate with Ad Ops and Sales to roll out new demand integrations, troubleshoot latency/latency-related issues and implement monetization experiments. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • 2-4 years of experience managing programmatic demand partners and ad networks • 2-4 years of hands-on knowledge of DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent DSPs • 2-4 years experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and OpenRTB/RTB workflows • 2-4 years experience with campaign trafficking and yield optimisation techniques • Technical familiarity with S2S integrations and Mobile Ad SDK integrations • Analytical skills with SQL or advanced Excel and experience using BI tools like Looker/Tableau Preferred • Experience with header bidding setups and server-side prebid architectures • Familiarity with app or gaming industry. • Exposure to revenue-growth initiatives and commercial negotiations with global DSPs.
