Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer / Technical Project Manager to lead and manage dual sourcing projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project execution, engineering coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage dual sourcing projects as a Project Manager and Engineering Lead. • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement. • Apply engineering expertise to solve design and process-related challenges. • Conduct and lead Design FMEA / Process FMEA and implement risk mitigation plans. • Ensure adherence to Product Development Process (PDP) standards. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. • Support decision-making through analytical and problem-solving approaches. Required Skills • Strong Project Management experience (technical projects preferred). • Hands-on experience with Product Development Process (PDP). • Expertise in Design FMEA / Process FMEA. • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to evaluate and implement engineering solutions across applications. Desired Skills • Experience in machine design and component design. • Exposure to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. • Familiarity with technical project management tools and methodologies. Soft Skills • Excellent communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
