Roles & Responsibilities • Preparation of CMA Data & Project Finance Reports • Handling Bank Liaisoning & Loan Processing (CGTMSE, Mudra, Term Loan, CC) • Coordinating with banks for sanctions & disbursements • Structuring and evaluating MSME funding proposals • Assisting clients in financial planning & project viability • Working on government schemes & subsidy cases Experience & Qualification • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter • Experience: 0–5 years • Prior exposure in loan processing / CMA / banking preferred. Salary • ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience) with Performance-based incentives & growth. Soft Skills Required • Strong analytical & financial understanding • Good communication & follow-up skills • Execution-focused & deadline-oriented • Interest in MSME & startup ecosystem.
