Key Responsibilities: • Build, update, and maintain detailed project finance models, including sensitivity analyses and deal documentation. • Lead project financing and fund-raising initiatives for Solar PV, Wind, Hydro, and emerging assets such as EV infrastructure. • Prepare investor presentations, financial memoranda, and internal approval notes. • Submit financing proposals to lenders and coordinate end-to-end project appraisal processes. • Manage lender-led due diligence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
