Location: Illinois, USA (Onsite) About the Role Maxbyte Technologies is looking for a Project Management Analyst to support the planning and execution of manufacturing engineering projects for an industrial client in Illinois. This role will support cross-functional initiatives across • machine building, • automation, • robotics integration, • operations engineering, • process engineering, • maintenance, • digital/AI transformation programs for existing and new manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will help manage project timelines, budgets, reporting, and internal project management tools using Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Project. Key Responsibilities • Track and manage manufacturing engineering projects including new production line installations and upgrades • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate with internal and external teams across automation, robotics, process engineering, operations, and maintenance • Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates • Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project • Improve internal project management tools using Microsoft PowerApps • Track action items and ensure follow-up with engineering and operations teams • Support project governance and reporting for multiple engineering initiatives. Required Skills • Microsoft Project • Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI • Advanced Excel • SharePoint / Microsoft 365 tools • Project reporting and coordination • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments • Experience with automation, robotics, or manufacturing engineering projects • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing initiatives. Experience 3–7 years experience in manufacturing engineering or project management roles Experience supporting manufacturing engineering or industrial projects preferred. Qualification Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Smart Manufacturing.
