Project Management Intern

About the job

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support our proposal and solution teams in preparing high-quality responses to client opportunities including RFPs, RFIs, and proposal submissions. This role will work closely with solution architects and presales teams to convert client requirements into structured proposal documents and ensure consistency across templates and documentation. Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting proposals for AI, Generative AI, and Cloud transformation projects. • Support the preparation of RFP, RFI, and client proposal responses. • Understand client problem statements and convert requirements into structured proposal content and documentation. • Assist in documenting high-level solution approaches in collaboration with solution architects and technical teams. • Help prepare solution summaries, implementation approaches, and value propositions for AI solutions. • Follow and maintain proposal templates, documentation standards, and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across submissions. • Support proposal planning, timelines, and coordination with cross-functional teams. • Track and consolidate inputs from architects, engineers, and business stakeholders for proposal development. • Conduct basic research on AI technologies, industry use cases, and competitor solutions to support proposal content. • Assist in preparing supporting documents, presentations, and proposal artifacts required for client submissions.
