Position Type Full time Type Of Hire Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired Bachelor's Degree Project Management Manager (Gen AI) – 10-13 Yrs – Pune/Bangalore Location About The Team The Client Office AI/ML CoE team is a horizontal CoE for FIS that is helping us drive revenue and bring significant savings to our businesses by identifying, exploring, and implementing AI/ML solutions. The Client Office is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, wealth and retirement etc.The team consists of highly motivated solution architects, data scientists, ML engineers and DevOps engineers. About The Role This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI. What You Will Be Doing • Project Manager for Generative AI will lead the development and execution of innovative AI projects within the Client Office division • Develop and oversee the project plans for Generative AI initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, and business analysts, to drive project milestones and deliverables • Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, and report on progress to senior leadership • Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI to identify opportunities for application within Client Office • Manage resources in this team • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project teams What You Bring Knowledge / Experience • Min 10-13 years of experience on Project Management, with a focus on AI-related projects • Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans • Managing SOW’s/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, technology-driven projects • Good experience in managing project budgets, digital forecasts, resource allocations in PlanView • Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client • Forecasting revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets • Defining and managing Project plans, Project Risks & issues • Allocation and monitoring work of project team, providing direction and support • Creation of Project status reports and participate in client status calls • Managing client deliveries, providing post-delivery support • Knowledge of financial services industry and capital markets is highly desirable Skills • Strong analytical skill • Good communication skill • Strong experience in Project Management • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, PlanView, Monday.com Competencies • Ability to discuss project risks, issues, and concerns with clients, and business units and get them resolved • Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements • Work as individual contributor and as part of a global team What We Offer You • Extensive Health Benefits Program along with the Family Protection Plan • Best-in-class career mobility options across the globe • Award-winning learning offerings for career development • Adaptable home-office work model • Opportunity to work with global teams and clients Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
