Company Name : Micro Crispr Industry : Biotechnology Job Title : Project Management Specialist Key Responsibilities The PM will be responsible for supporting the core pillars of project management as follows : 1. Project Coordination & Timeline Management • Establish and track project timelines for various initiatives, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achieved. • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication among key stakeholders and departments, including : • HR (Human Resources) • Finance • QA / RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs) • R&D / Manufacturing (Research & Development / Manufacturing) • Clinical (Clinical Operations) 2. Planning & Resource Management • Support the planning process by assisting in the assessment and allocation of required resources. • Monitor and track the availability and utilization of key project resources, including : • Financial resources and budgets • Raw material needs and supply chain requirements • Manpower (personnel) assignments and capacity 3. Acceleration & Problem-Solving • Accelerate project progress by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes. • Proactively identify potential project risks and support the development of effective mitigation plans. • Manage the formal escalation process for critical issues affecting timelines or scope. Required Qualifications & Attributes • Experience : 0–10 years of proven experience in a project support role, PMO environment, or a relevant functional area. • Education : Master’s / Bachelor’s degree Science field. • Key Qualities : • Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams. • Energetic and proactive, with a strong drive for results. • A fast learner who can quickly absorb new processes and domain-specific knowledge (e.g., Clinical, R&D). • Demonstrates a positive, optimistic outlook, maintaining morale and focus despite challenges. • Documentation >lesson Learning >Maintenance • SOP development • Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel dashboards) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). • Preference- PMP certified candidates- BioPharma / Biotech industries Why Join Micro Crispr?
