Title- Project Manager Department: Engineering / Projects Reporting To: Director Location: PAN India (Travel Required) Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives 🌟 About the Role We are looking for an execution-focused Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple sites in India. This role is ideal for professionals with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in civil/site project execution who are comfortable managing site teams, coordinating procurement, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery. The position requires strong ownership of project timelines, budgets, and on-ground execution, working closely with internal teams and vendors. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 📌 Project Planning & Execution • Review and consolidate milestone plans, BOQs, and execution schedules from site engineers • Align project execution plans with Director approvals • Finalize and track project timelines and handover schedules • Ensure execution stays within approved budgets and milestones 📦 Procurement & Material Coordination • Maintain material tracking sheets including Item, Specification, Quantity, Vendor, Approval Status, and Delivery Timelines • Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for timely material availability • Identify potential delays and escalate risks proactively 📷 Documentation & Quality Control • Review and approve site documentation, drawings, and progress photographs • Maintain centralized digital records for all project documentation • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards 📊 Progress Monitoring & Reporting • Track project progress against defined milestones • Identify execution risks and escalate deviations early • Submit structured daily and weekly progress reports to Directors and stakeholders • Ensure real-time updates in project management systems 👷 Team Leadership • Lead and mentor Senior Engineers and Junior Engineers • Ensure SOP adherence and execution discipline across sites • Drive accountability and coordination between site teams, vendors, and management 🎯 Candidate Profile Experience • 10–15 years of experience in civil construction/site project execution • Experience managing multiple project sites simultaneously Skills • Strong project planning and coordination skills • Experience with BOQ management, procurement coordination, and site execution • Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting systems • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Other Requirements • Willingness to travel extensively across India • Hands-on approach to site management and execution
