Job Title: Project Manager (Java Background) Experience: 5–7 Years Location: Bangalore Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in managing software development projects and a solid background in Java technologies. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, while working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for Java-based applications. • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Track progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum). • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and best practices. • Prepare project status reports and present updates to clients and senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–7 years of experience in Project Management within software development. • Strong background in Java/J2EE with understanding of frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar). • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
