Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead and deliver client-facing programs and projects. This role requires a strong background in program and project management, excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with internal and external partners. You will work closely with clients, account teams, and technical experts to ensure project success from kickoff to completion while representing the organization with professionalism and clarity in every interaction. - Lead client-facing programs end-to-end - ensuring outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. - Act as primary program manager in client meetings, steering discussions toward clarity, alignment, and next steps. - Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels (executive, business, and technical) with clear, concise, and proactive updates. - Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Services/Engineering to coordinate resources, define priorities, and proactively manage risks. Required qualifications include proven success in client-facing roles, excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivery success, and strong understanding and hands-on experience with project management frameworks.
