Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a contractual basis to lead the end-to-end implementation of Darwin box HRMS across the organization. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of Darwin box HRMIS across all modules - Configure system settings and workflows - Own data migration strategy - Design and build custom dashboards - Partner with HRMIS POC and functional HR leaders Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in HRMIS implementation - Experience with Darwin box implementation preferred - Strong understanding of HR processes across multiple functions - Proven ability to manage complex HRMIS implementation projects independently.
