Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate biomass sourcing strategies, monitor and manage logistics operations, and ensure compliance with project schedules through proactive expediting and inspection activities. This role also involves overseeing supply chain activities, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure the success and timely execution of projects. Qualifications 1 to 4 years of experience in biomass/biochar supply chains Agricultural background/past experience is preferred Strong expertise in Project Management preferred, including planning, execution, and delivery Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to maintain project schedules and address delays Proficiency in logistics management to handle supply chain operations and ensure seamless material flow Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
