We are looking for a dynamic person who is willing to work in a Pune based our Interior Fit-out projects. As Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects—from design development and vendor coordination to site supervision and client handover. You’ll be the bridge between creative vision and technical delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met with precision. ✅IMMIDIATE JOINER REQUIRED Responsibilities • Project Planning & Execution • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Coordinate with design team to translate concepts into executable plans • Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety norms • Client & Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct regular progress reviews and manage client expectations • Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors • Vendor & Contractor Coordination • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and finishing works • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services • Quality & Compliance • Monitor workmanship and material quality across all trades • Ensure compliance with statutory norms, fire safety, and building codes • Conduct snagging and final handover with documentation • Budget & Cost Control • Track project expenses and manage change orders • Optimize resource allocation to prevent overruns Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in managing corporate interior or turnkey projects • Strong understanding of Interior Fit-out, MEP services, BOQ analysis, and design drawings • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and site reporting tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadline • Experience with fast-track fit-outs and phased handovers
