Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your role involves developing world-class and delivery-oriented strategies for implementation. Enhancing the company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget is a key aspect of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: - Establish a meeting schedule for all projects in the region and carry out timely and effective audits on projects - Develop the organization and teams as needed, and prepare a disciplined management approach - Create a positive climate where employees can develop and establish a cohesive working environment - Mentor and train the project team to ensure successful project delivery - Review goals set for team members and provide regular, tailored feedback to the leadership team - Apply communication, recruitment, development, and training strategies for the region - Ensure project delivery meets parameters for HSE/cost/time/quality - Effectively utilize and adopt Company technology platforms, ensuring compliance with Company SOPs, processes, and systems - Understand and collaborate with regional and national leaders for developing businessQualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of projects - Strong leadership and team development skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations - Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms for project management
