About the job

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives on our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This role will manage projects spanning AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, cloud, microservices, and Big Data pipelines. The ideal candidate will ensure on-time, high-quality, and compliant delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams including product, development, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and RPA. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for AI-driven RCM initiatives. • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria. • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans for multi-phase AI, cloud, and RPA projects. • Track project progress using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, adjusting plans proactively to mitigate risks. Cross-Functional Coordination: • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. • Facilitate collaboration among product, AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, DevOps, RPA, QA, and cloud teams. • Ensure smooth integration of AI agents, autonomous workflows, microservices, and RPA pipelines into production systems. Risk, Quality & Compliance Management: • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal compliance policies. • Track quality metrics, defects, and system performance to ensure production-ready solutions. • Support audit readiness by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to governance standards. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively. • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve delivery processes. Team Leadership & Resource Management: • Guide project teams across development, AI/ML, LLM Ops, RPA, QA, and DevOps. • Support team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation-first mindset, and cross-functional collaboration. AI/Automation Focus: • Understand and track dependencies of AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM-based agents, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows in projects. • Facilitate RPA integration and ensure AI-driven decisions are auditable and compliant. • Support AI/ML experimentation pipelines, GenAI deployments, and CI/CD integration for production workflows. Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare IT, or related field. • 6–12+ years of experience in project management in technology or healthcare IT. • Proven experience managing projects in AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, RPA, cloud, microservices, or automation domains. • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience in US Healthcare / RCM domain preferred, including claims, prior authorization, scheduling, coding, collections, and EDI. • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance in software delivery projects. Technical Expertise: • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP • CI/CD & DevOps pipelines for cloud and AI workloads • AI/GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration • RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism • Microservices & API-based architectures • Big Data platforms: Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, EMR, Redshift Skillset: • Strong project planning, scheduling, and resource management skills. • Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, RPA, and autonomous workflows. • Detail-oriented, compliance-first mindset, with strategic thinking ability. • Problem-solving skills for complex technology and healthcare workflows. Strategic Impact: • Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery of AI-driven RCM solutions. • Enable cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency. • Drive adoption of next-gen AI, autonomous agent, and automation workflows. • Mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness across all healthcare modules. • Elevate organization capability in AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM Ops, RPA, and cloud automation.
