Description We are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical expertise in open source technologies such as PHP, MERN, MEAN, Magento, WordPress, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these technologies, along with proven skills in client management, team leadership, and business growth. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For • Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. • Ensuring the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies across projects. • Maintaining high standards of quality, testing, and overall project execution. • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Driving client retention and expanding business opportunities through farming existing accounts. Skills The perfect candidate combines technical proficiency with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and business development skills to drive projects successfully while fostering long-term client relationships: • Define and track project milestones, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status. • Manage project resources, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to project schedules. • Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project flow. • Lead meetings, including project kick-offs, progress reviews, and retrospectives. • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, ensuring they are focused, motivated, and aligned with project goals. • Support team members in understanding Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage product backlog and ensure the development team has a clear and prioritized roadmap. • Continuously assess and improve team performance and productivity using Scrum metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts). • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
