Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering OpenText InfoArchive implementation projects. The role involves managing end-to-end archiving and legacy application decommissioning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage OpenText InfoArchive implementation projects from initiation to closure • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers • Coordinate with architects, InfoArchive developers, AppBuilder developers, and business stakeholders • Manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and change control • Oversee data archiving, legacy system decommissioning, and validation activities • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear status reports to leadership • Ensure adherence to data governance, retention, and compliance requirements.
