Description Samurai Rampup (11014426) Requirements Japanese Language proficiency JLPT N2/N3 Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Experience using and building reports in Jira and Confluence preferred. • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to pick up on new processes and systems quickly. • Open to change and thrives on learning and acquiring deep expertise in project and program management. Required Technical skills: Must Have: • Experience in end-to-end delivery management. • 5 -8 years of Project Management experience of which at least 3 to 4 years with a support project. • Should be a good scrum master. • Should possess good working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) & SDLC. • Good knowledge of the JIRA/SNOW service desk. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Teamwork and Team Management. Effective communication at all levels of the project organization, breaking down complex issues into actionable information. Good to Have: • Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects and initiatives at once. Job responsibilities • Manage L2/L3 support projects end to end involving interactions with multiple distributed teams – including but not limited to: - Timely delivery and quality. - Ensure meeting project goals and SLAs. - Identify & mitigate risks and issues. - Manage and quickly resolve any escalations. - Stakeholder management to ensure project success. - Manage Project tools requirement. - Continuous improvement, knowledge management, etc. - Team rosters and ensuring the team availability. - Resource management including hiring and onboarding and coaching new hires and scrum teams. - Managing multiple releases for different applications (currently known – 14). - Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders. - Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes. - Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team. - Ensure knowledge management (including appropriate documentation, knowledge sharing, etc). - Analyze and effectively report on project metrics and SLAs (creation of dashboards, tracking system/process, training modules, etc). - Develop and maintain tools, templates, guidelines, procedures, and processes for all teams to adhere to while training them on how to follow these Governance standards.
