Experience range: 8 years to 15 years Location: Bangalore Mandatory to have: Experience in Application Development + Application Management ITIL Certification/PMP certification/ PMI Certification As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plans: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional project teams, including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors, to deliver custom development solutions or manage application maintenance and support. • Establish Communication Plans: Establish an effective communication plan to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes. • Ensure Project Delivery: Ensure that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. • Apply Project Management Methodologies: Apply experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project plan execution and successful project outcomes.
