We are looking for a strong Project Manager who can manage the people, planning, coordination, timelines, and performance of the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams across both our Software and BPO divisions. This role does not involve marketing strategy, content creation, design work, or sales activities. We already have functional experts in place for those responsibilities. Your focus is on operational excellence. You will ensure that: • Make sure the right work gets done • By the right people • At the right time • At the right quality • With zero chaos You will be responsible for planning, execution, people management, capacity management, task tracking, daily discipline, and delivery outcomes. Primary Responsibilities • People & Team Management • Manage day-to-day people operations for Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams • Approve attendance, leaves, shift adjustments, and availability • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and work ethic • Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members to track performance and mindset • Identify behaviour gaps, conflicts, and proactive interventions • Raise performance concerns early to HR and Directors • Work Breakdown & Planning • Convert marketing roadmaps, creative briefs, and sales priorities into actionable tasks • Build weekly and monthly work plans for each team • Break down functional inputs into tasks with clear owners and deadlines • Manage dependencies across Product, Creative, Sales, and Marketing • Keep teams aligned to priorities and timelines • Task Management & Delivery • Run daily/weekly standups • Track progress across all teams using Planner / Jira / Sheets • Flag delays early and prevent last-minute surprises • Facilitate coordination between Sales, Creative, Product, and Marketing • Ensure zero drop-offs, rework minimization, and timely delivery • Maintain a predictable execution rhythm • Performance Management • Maintain monthly performance logs for each team member • Evaluate delivery vs expectations • Support HR with evidence for performance review discussions • Identify weak performers and recommend interventions • Drive accountability and reduce dependency on directors • Communication & Reporting • Prepare weekly status reports, red flags, and progress summaries • Communicate risks and delays clearly and early • Ensure smooth information flow across Software and BPO units • Act as the single execution point between functional managers and directors • Inter-Departmental Coordination • Work with Product, Tech, Operations, Creative, and Marketing managers to align priorities • Ensure creative requests are clear, complete, and properly planned • Ensure sales campaigns and marketing campaigns are in sync • Prevent miscommunication and misaligned expectations Additional Responsibilities • Support Directors in planning cross-departmental initiatives • Maintain capacity charts and load balancing across teams • Assist in onboarding new marketing/creative/sales team members • Support creation and implementation of SOPs • Track utilisation and remove bottlenecks • Ensure governance and compliance with internal processes Core Skills Skills & Competencies Required • Strong project management fundamentals • Excellent people management and conflict-handling skills • Strong planning, task breakdown, and prioritisation abilities • Ability to enforce discipline without being harsh • Excellent communication across multiple departments • Risk identification and escalation • Strong coordination skills • Comfortable with pushing back on unrealistic timelines Good-to-Have Skills • Exposure to marketing or creative workflows • Familiarity with BPO processes • Understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, or campaign execution • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Basic exposure to digital marketing metrics Tools Experience • MS Planner / Jira / Trello • Excel / Google Sheets • Slack / Teams • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) • Project dashboards / trackers Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field • PMP or Agile certification (optional, not mandatory) • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or operations • Experience managing creative, marketing, or sales execution teams preferred Why Join Us? • Work directly with the Directors and senior leaders • Build and own the central execution engine of the company • Get exposure across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Creative functions • Opportunity to fix broken systems, create order, and build a high-performance culture • Fast career growth for high performers • Work in a company where structure, discipline, and clarity are valued • Zero bureaucracy, high ownership environment
