Job Scope • Collaborate with Senior Management Team, Construction team, Commercial Manager to understand project requirements and seek clarifications on scope. • Produce delivery programme, review construction methodologies, resources, design, contract time obligations. • Ensure reliance upon client and responsibilities are clearly identified and consistent with the contract and commercial strategy to ensure that the effect of change can be modelled. • Develop the programme schedule and timelines for performing the construction work based on resource requirements. • Incorporate robust construction methodology using innovative technology to optimize construction plans. • Highlight the opportunities and risks associated with the time related aspects of bids. • Provide advisory support to Project Managers / Project Directors to improve overall plans for the projects. • Raise escalations to Project Directors as needed to minimize deviations from plan. Job Requirement • Minimum 15 to 20 years Exp worked with reputed civil contractor firm / main contractor. • Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. with a good hold in Primavera. • Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
