1. Overall planning of new product development and ECN implementation. 2. Overall budget preparation and cost control within the allocated budget for projects. 3. Experience of plastic injection mould development with suppliers. 4. Should be able to handle 6 ~ 8 members team. 5. Should have experience of OEM customer handing MSIL/HCIL/HMSI/SMC/TKM. 6. In-depth knowledge about APQP, Macro and micro planning. 7. Strong in systematic project review. 8. Knowledge about time management. 9. Knowledge about SAP.
