Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Design: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with engineering teams to review designs and ensure feasibility and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for project planning. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications. Project Execution & Management: Oversee the installation of solar PV systems, including module mounting, wiring, inverter installation, and other related activities. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and project timelines. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively address any issues or delays. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and ensure effective communication among team members. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on project sites. Commissioning & Handover: Oversee the commissioning of solar PV systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance. Conduct testing and inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for project closeout and handover to the client. Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of the solar PV systems. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources. Prepare and submit regular project reports, including financial updates and progress summaries. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and to their expectations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and installation techniques. Pre-Requisites: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience. Must have Experience in PLC Software; Robot arm programming as a Project Manager in the solar industry, specifically in installation and commissioning. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to solar installations.
