About the job

Responsibilities: • Planning, Monitor & Reporting of various Project Management related activities. • Customize Project planning approach as per the Characteristics of the project • Must have experience both in terms of Leadership & Management • Strategies project objectives, System Architecture & related resource planning • Goal Setting & Mentor the team accordingly • Adherence to best Project Management Practices in Agile environment • Good exposure to Continuous Development & Integration methodology. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate feedback into future projects. • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload. • Ensure effective communication among developers, testers, designers, and other team members. • Address team conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment. • Foster a collaborative and productive team culture. • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications. • Compile project reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation. • Transfer completed projects to the client or operational team. • Oversee the initial support period after project delivery. Skills And Competencies: • Strong technical understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
