Position Summary: End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery • Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors • Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection • Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution • Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications • Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues • Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project • Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely update on progress of project • Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reportals, quota reports, field reports...etc • Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution; escalating as appropriate • Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting • Validation and preparing of data deliveries • Meet client's timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects • Build and maintain successful client relationships • Work in accordance with the SOPs of company. • Other duties as assigned CORE COMPETENCIES: • Technical orientation, logical thinking, analytical mind • Customer service, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Quickly adopts to changes and new processes • Superior communication skills • Focus on quality and attention to detail • High work ethic and team player attitude • Client Focus • Strong communication skills - written and oral • Collaboration and Teamwork • Ability to multi-task and flexibility • Decision Making and Problem Solving Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelors' degree and/or equivalent experience preferred Experience: • Must have 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi-mode methodology, is a plus • Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus.
