We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end RCM projects, ensure seamless onboarding of clients and resources, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage RCM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. • Oversee client onboarding, including process setup, training, and transition support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, and Client Services) to streamline workflows. • Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. • Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams. • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in RCM and onboarding.

Qualifications
