Experience: 2–3 Years Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who can effectively manage projects from initiation to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously • Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders • Maintain project documentation and reports • Ensure efficient resource allocation and task management • Identify potential project risks and proactively provide solutions Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) • Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
