Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Project Manager specializing in IT. The daily responsibilities include managing and executing technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders, meticulous project planning, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for problem-solving. • Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Planning methodologies. • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the Information Technology sector. • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams and resources. • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in project management tools and software is beneficial. • Have experience in working with project management tools like JIRA, Clickup, etc. • Good in documentation of the project , like SRS, BRD, DFD, etc.
