Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. Job overview and responsibilities We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to join our Digital Technology and Passenger Service System (PSS) PMO. This role is a strategic driver for our application modernization journey, transitioning legacy systems into scalable, resilient, and event-driven cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities: • Program governance: Develop a detailed program governance plan. • Planning & Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. • Cross-Domain Scope & Dependency Management: Systematically map and manage complex technical and functional interdependencies. • Release Governance: Manage complexities of frequent production releases or migration. • Risk & RAID Management: Proactively identify technical debt and risks. • Strategic Reporting: Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights. • Scope & Budget Management: Assist in defining project scope and objectives. • Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Execution & Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties. • Financial Analysis: Meet budgetary objectives. • Documentation: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or any related field • 12+ years of overall experience • Project Manager: 8+ years direct work experience in Cloud-Native Application Development and Modernization • Proficient with AzureDevOps(ADO)/JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite. • 3+ years of experience as application developer.
