The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for shepherding global Research initiatives. The Project Manager will be a key member of the leadership team of the project, coordinating activities with various global managers and leaders. Job Responsibilities (include, But Not Limited To The Following) • Discuss/Justify/Convince/Coordinate activities with various senior and mid-level managers in various functions, in order to shepherd and expedite good ideas into decision/action/reality. • Initiate discussions to help bring to light issues of the project, identify solutions, and lead and shepherd the implementation of those solutions. • Collaborate with project leaders in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels for the project. • Develop actionable project strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with project leaders. • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing project goal setting, performance management, and operations planning of the project. • Build and maintain positive relationships and drive collaboration with various colleagues to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. • Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement. • Coordinate with internal resources across functions, ensuring project remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. • Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress. • Develop and maintain project plans documentation, report on project progress and risks to management. What You’ll Bring • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in similar role • Experience as a team leader • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in spoken and written English • Self-starter: has shown an ability to set up initiatives and see them to the end without supervision. • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues • Ability to multitask, work independently and as an integral member of the team with minimal supervision What We Offer • Competitive financial compensation • Friendly and collegial working environment • Flexible working hours • Competitive employee benefits • A culture of continuous learning.
