Project Manager / Business Analyst

About the job

• Manage end-to-end application development projects. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications. • Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery. • Communicate with clients • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure mitigation plans are in place. • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams. • Ensure quality deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT/application development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
