The role We are looking for a Project Manager – Creative Operations who can drive fast customer communication, smooth project delivery, and continuous process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of customers, delivery teams, and product. Your goal will be to ensure that briefs move quickly through the system and that the team can deliver creative work efficiently and without blockers. You will also help us identify opportunities to automate and improve creative operations using technology and AI. What You'll Be Doing • Drive Fast and Clear Customer Communication - Respond promptly to customer queries, clarify briefs, and enable smooth delivery through clear guidance and educational resources. • Own Project Delivery Flow - Track and manage briefs end-to-end, ensuring smooth progression, timely delivery, and coordination with design teams. • Identify and Fix Process Gaps - Continuously evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation. • Remove Delivery Blockers - Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery blockers by collaborating closely with product and internal teams. • Collaborate with Product to Build the Future of Creative Ops - Share insights from delivery and customers to drive automation and shape AI-powered creative operations. • Support Customer Insights & Account Health - Monitor dashboards, analyze brief patterns, and partner with Account Managers to drive account health and improvements. • Support Team Planning - Assist in capacity planning and ensure efficient workload distribution across design pods. • Additional Responsibilities - Ensure quality through basic QC checks, experiment with Gen AI tools, explore partnerships, and identify new opportunities to expand services. Who You Are You would likely be a strong fit if you: • Have 3-6 years of experience in project management, delivery operations, or creative operations. • Have worked in creative agencies, marketing operations, or digital production environments. • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects. • Have strong communication skills and can work closely with both customers and internal teams. • Enjoy identifying process inefficiencies and fixing them. • Are curious about using technology and AI to improve operational workflows. • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with global clients.
