Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Cum Business Analyst specializing in Fintech/Mutual Funds. The position is based in Indore and involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, improving business processes, conducting systems analysis, and providing insights critical to the development and implementation of financial technology solutions.Key Responsibilities-• Gather and document requirements for mutual fund products, transactions, and platforms.• Enhance platforms through integration with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), and exchanges (BSE StarMF, NSE NMF II).• Define business rules for KYC, FATCA, compliance, and investor journeys.• Support system integration, API mapping, testing, and validation.• Generate reports/dashboards for AUM, transactions, and customer insights.• Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, IT, and external partners for smooth delivery.Required Skills & Experience-• Any Graduation / MBA / CFA / Graduate with 4–8 years of experience as BA/Project Manager /Analyst in Mutual Fund or Wealth Management.• Strong knowledge of MF operations, SEBI regulations, KYC & compliance.• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools, JIRA/Confluence.• Excellent documentation, communication & stakeholder management skills.• Experience in Agile methodology preferred.Key Competencies-• Domain expertise in Mutual Funds & Investment Platforms.• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.• Ability to bridge business and technology needs.
