Act as the primary program manager in client meetings, steering discussions toward clarity, alignment, and next steps. Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels (executive, business, and technical) with clear, concise, and proactive updates. Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Services/Engineering to coordinate resources, define priorities, and proactively manage risks. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation and oversee project governance and program reporting. Maintain high-quality delivery documentation, reports, and decks that clearly communicate progress and results.
