Job Description : Project Manager – Digital Position : Project Manager – Digital Department : Digital Location : Remote Experience : 8+ yrs (Current 4+ years as PM) Employment Type : Full-time Timings : 2 pm to 11 pm IST Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in digital project delivery, analytics, martech, optimization, reporting, and documentation management. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end execution of high-impact digital and analytics initiatives while ensuring structured governance, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end execution of digital, analytics, and martech initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, sprint plans, RAID logs, delivery schedules, and meeting notes. • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps and manage platform-level coordination across tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Looker Studio, and other martech platforms. • Utilize Project Management tools like Wrike or any other PM tools to monitor task progress, manage timelines, and maintain project visibility. • Identify risks early, proactively escalate blockers, and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare and maintain all Project and Process related documents. • Maintain Internal Project Management documentation aligned with organisation framework and drive the Internal Audits. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with marketing, technology, analytics, and UX teams to ensure scope clarity, feasibility, and delivery consistency. • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convert business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables. • Proactive Leader with excellent communication skills and should be able to work with C-level executives. Analytics, Optimization & Martech Enablement • Drive the team of Data & Web Analyst, Optimization Specialist and aid the use of analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, etc.) to evaluate performance, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities. Reporting, Audits & Governance • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing KPIs, project milestones, insights, and recommendations. • Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations. • Ensure dashboards, documentation, and reporting frameworks remain updated and aligned with evolving business requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Manage and track multiple digital projects across workstreams with clear timelines, milestones, and ownerships. • Act as the single point of contact across stakeholders including product, marketing, UX, analytics, and engineering. • Coordinate intake, scoping, sprint planning, resourcing, and progress reporting. • Monitor and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum. • Ensure alignment between digital strategies, martech capabilities, and delivery plans. • Report regularly on project health, KPIs, and roadmap alignment to senior leadership. Must-Have Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of experience in digital project management or program delivery roles. • Strong understanding of web ecosystems, martech tools, campaign operations, and digital workflows. • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Workfront or Asana. • Experience in stakeholder management, timeline planning, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile PM, or similar. • Experience with tag management systems, experimentation platforms, or digital marketing technologies. • Background in digital transformation, UX optimization, or data-driven marketing.
